Meet The Staff

Stephanie is a generalist, a great technician, and loves a challenge. Her strengths include a calming effect and the ability to always find alternatives. Stephanie has a vast amount of varied experience, and provides business owners and managers with someone they can trust and brainstorm with in confidence.

Dave is a behind the scenes techie guy keeping all our tools running efficiently. He also designs spreadsheets to fit custom parameters for a client – like tracking vacation time and unique policies.

Denise joined the staff in April 2005. She has been doing bookkeeping since she was a teen, and eventually decided to go back to school to earn her degree. Denise’s key strengths is in all phases of accounting and has years of experience with payroll including tax returns and reporting. Denise is also experienced with transportation and fuel taxes. She enjoys working on-site and with the more sophisticated software systems.

Teresa started in February 2006. She is our entry level go getter. She keeps the office running efficiently by handling all the things that can be delegated to keep others on a higher level. She learns quickly is able to handle data entry and other tasks. She loves to drive so she is often the one picking up and delivering documents.

Sherry joined us in September 2006. Her experience is mainly in the administrative support field. Sherry has superior organizational skills, which she uses to create sustainable office systems. Bookkeeping and accounting is a secondary skill set that has come easily to her.

Connie was added to our team in March 2007. Her experience is mainly in the bookkeeping and accounting field. Connie’s key strengths include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Connie is very flexible and easy going, enjoys working either on-site or remotely, and is willing to do a variety of tasks other than just finances.
